How can I place an order online?

It is very easy to place an online order. Simply click on “Add to cart” button with the product. If you wish to order more products then click on “Shop More” button in the cart and repeat the previous method and add products in the cart. Finally click on “Proceed to checkout” button when you are finished adding products in the cart. After proceeding for checkout, enter your billing and shipping details and select a payment mode to proceed with the payment.

What are the shipping charges within India?

There are No Shipping charges within India.

What are the shipping charges for international orders?

What are the different modes of payment I can opt for?

We accept payments through:

  • Net Banking or Debit Card
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery.

Is it safe to give my Card/ Net Banking details over internet?

We do not ask for any card information or password from our clients through e-mails, phone calls or in any other way. Also, we suggest you to please do not share it with anyone. However, for the interest of those clients who are making online payment, we are using special security technology called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This encrypts your card details and passwords so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. All your banking details which you fill online for making payment on our website directly goes to the issuer bank.

Are the taxes or GST included in product price?

No, product prices are given excluding GST. But GST will be automatically calculated and added to the product cost in the cart section.

Do you provide any discount like other site?

We offer our products at a very reasonable price and we do not practice discounts in general. Our mission is to ensure genuine products at genuine prices.

I saw some products are Available on Backorder. What is Backorder?

When a product is Available on Backorder that means the product will be made upon your order.

What will happen if I want to order any product Available on Backorder?

If you place order for a backordered item, our executive will call and intimate about its making and availability timings.

When will you process the order for products which are in stock?

We process the orders within 1 working day after successfully receiving the order.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel order, you need to write us at online.naksha@gmail.com or call 7551004229 before dispatch of the order.

How can I track my order?

After dispatch we will update shipping information of your order in our website, so that you can track your order at your own.

So I need to register or create an account to shop at onlinenaksha.com?

You needn’t register to shop with us. However, if you do, you can also avail a bouquet of facilities we offer:
